LAHORE: In a gesture of interfaith harmony and community service, Lahore’s Sikh community, led by businessman Sardar Darshan Singh, is providing free Iftar meals to both Muslims and non-Muslims during Ramadan.
Following the teachings of Guru Nanak, which emphasize service to humanity, the initiative serves hundreds of people daily. The meals include a variety of dishes such as biryani, haleem, and Chinese rice, ensuring a fulfilling Iftar experience for those in need.
Sardar Darshan Singh and his team believe in promoting unity and compassion, reflecting the spirit of Ramadan and Sikh traditions of selfless service.
