Rawalpindi: Chief of Staff of the Bahrain National Guard, Lieutenant General Shaikh Abdulaziz Saud Mubarak Al-Khalifa, met with Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, at Joint Staff Headquarters, Rawalpindi.
According to a statement from Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting focused on the evolving regional security environment and key defence-related matters. Both military leaders discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral military cooperation between Pakistan and Bahrain.
The two sides emphasized expanding defense ties and enhancing the scope of existing military collaborations. Lieutenant General Abdulaziz Saud Mubarak Al-Khalifa also praised the professionalism of the Pakistan Armed Forces and acknowledged their sacrifices in the ongoing fight against terrorism.
