Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan, has revealed his relationship with Gori Asprit, confirming their bond during a media interaction on his 60th birthday, which he celebrated on March 14.
Aamir Khan shared that he and Gori met 25 years ago, and they have been partners for the past year and a half. He said, “Gori and I met 25 years ago, and now we are partners. We are quite serious about each other, and we have been together for the past one and a half years.”
During the press meet, Aamir also mentioned that Gori works for his production company, and he sings for her every day. He even sang a few lines of the song “Kabhi Kabhi Mere Dil Mein” for Gori during the interaction.
Laughing, Aamir also shared a light-hearted moment with the press, saying, “See, you guys didn’t even realize, but I introduced Gori to Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan yesterday at my house in Mumbai.”
When asked about his relationship further, Aamir Khan referenced his 2001 superhit film Lagaan, jokingly adding, “Bhonko isko uski Gori mil gayi!” (The character Bhonko found his Gori).
Aamir also shared that despite their long friendship, Gori had seen very few of his famous films like Lagaan and Dangal, but now she has started watching Bollywood movies.
The actor said, “At 60, I don’t know if I should get married again or not, but my kids are very happy. I am very fortunate to have good relationships with my ex-wives.”
According to Indian media, Gori works under Aamir’s production banner and resides in Bengaluru. She was previously married and has a 6-year-old son. Her father is Irish, and her mother is Tamil.
Aamir Khan’s first marriage was to film producer Reena Dutta, with whom he has two children, Junaid and Ira Khan. His second wife, director Kiran Rao, married Aamir in 2005, and they separated in 2021. Aamir and Kiran have a son named Azad.
