The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has secured the 4th spot among the world’s richest cricket boards, boasting a financial worth of PKR 1,517 crores in 2025. This milestone reflects strong investments in both domestic and international cricket.
At the top of the list, BCCI dominates with a staggering PKR 71,965 crores, followed by Cricket Australia (PKR 2,524 crores) and England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) (PKR 1,888 crores). Meanwhile, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) ranks 5th with PKR 1,424 crores.
PCB’s rapid financial growth is fueled by international series, domestic leagues, and strategic partnerships, solidifying Pakistan’s place on the global cricket stage.
Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the ODI and T20 squads for the upcoming tour of New Zealand.
Spearheading the T20 squad, Salman Ali Agha has been appointed as the captain, with Shadab Khan serving as the vice-captain. Meanwhile, Mohammad Rizwan will continue as the ODI captain.
The squad features several new faces based on outstanding performances in domestic cricket, including Hasan Nawaz, Akif Javed, Mohammad Ali, and Abdul Samad.
For the coaching staff, Aqib Javed has been appointed as the interim head coach for the tour, while Mohammad Yousuf will serve as the batting coach.
Pakistan is set to play five T20 internationals and three one-day internationals against New Zealand from March 16 to April 5.
