Toshakhana Case: Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi’s hearing postponed to February 10

The hearing in the new case against Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and his wife Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana was postponed till February 10.

 

The case was handled by Central Shahrukh Arjumand, a Special Judge. Qausain Faisal Mufti, the attorney for the PTI founder, cross-examined Muhammad Faheem and Umar Siddique, two prosecution witnesses, during the hearing.

Eight witnesses have given recorded testimony in the case, and seven of them have had their cross-examination completed thus far. The eighth witness will be cross-examined by the defence at the subsequent hearing.

Bushra Bibi and the PTI founder were in the courtroom with Barrister Gohar, Faisal Chaudhry, and family members.

The court postponed further hearings until February 10 and called the eighth witness for cross-examination.
